This appartment located in a building from around 1860 was originally two seperate appartments but was merged into one during 2012-13 with an upper floor (5'th floor) and a lowe floor (fourth floor). The lower floor has been undergoing extensive renewing as well as a complete reorganisation of rooms, installations, new wooden floor boards, new kitchen, walls balcony and much more. This floor is now rebuild into one single room with a kitchen part and a living room part and in the middle is located a bathroom around which there is free passsage. The upper floor (5'th floor) is considered the beroom/chamber section which has a exellent overview of the neighbour house's roofs to the east and nice overview of a nice, big green court yard to the west. Morning and evening sun is washing through the rooms here where the timber contruction of the roof is visible and from here you can also access a small, open platform (6'th floor) that makes up a double bedroom wiht a big roof window to the west. Neighbourhood: 200 meters away you'll find the Copenhagen harbour and even closer by is the old fourtress Kastellet surrounded by water. From the upper floor you can see the marple church Frederiksirken/Marmorkirken and also the Qeens residence Amalienborg is visible. The old yellow navy buildings called Nyboder are sorrounding the northern and western part of the block and the big city square Kongens Nytorv with the Royal Theatre is only 300 m down the street.
