About our Home
Our home is less than one year old; located in a gated Del Webb active adult community. The house is comfortably furnished with all amentites (tv, all kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, and a lovely small patio facing the mountains. There is a clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools, gym and library and we have good walking trails. We are close to restaurants, tourist attractions and casino. Just 1 mile off the main highway, it is easy to get to Santa Fe and other exciting destinations.

About us
- We are a retired couple with 2 grown sons, 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
- We have been exchanging homes for about 15 years and are very responsible when it comes to others property.
- We do not smoke and request the same of our exchangers (at least indoors).
Personal Message
Our home is all on one-level in an active adult community. There are two pools, a gym, walking trails and multiple activities. We are between Albuquerque and Santa Fe and close to many tourist attractions. Our exchanges have all been positive and we look forward to more of the same.
