About our Home
Spacious sunny comfortable home with main bedroom and living area facing the sea.
Only 20 minutes drive from airport, 30 minutes from Auckland City.
Very quiet area with nice walks and cycling around sea and reserve, 18 hole golf course within walking distance.
Walk in shower, no steps ideal for elderly.
Lots of space for children to run and explore. Lovely vege and fruit garden.
Possible use of 6 metre bus motorhome, wonderful way to see New Zealand
Open to exchange with either our home or bus or both.

About us
- We are a semi retired couple with interests in gardening, walking and travelling.
- Alan does the odd job as a handyman. Bev is at home and cooks, gardens and we both enjoy spending time with friends.
- We plan a trip to Australia from 20th Jan till approx mid march and a trip to Holland in May - August dates flexible.
Personal Message
We have never house swapped but do have a lot of people stay with us, we enjoy
company. We are interested in travel and would be happy to look at any possibilities. The world is our oyster!
