About our Home
This 75 m2 house was constructed in 1920 and lately renovated in 2004. It ist a typical town house (raw house) with neighbours left and right and a garden in front and in the back. To enter the house you pass a livid pond In the backyard, there is a beautiful garden and sitting place to enjoy. The house has got four different etages, so steps are all over the place.
The connection to local transportation is perfect, the neighbourhood nice, familiar and calm, without shops and buissness appartments, but 5 different medical hospitals around, which contribute with their parks to a calm athmosphere.
By bike, you are in 7 minutes in the city center. To go swimming or sailing, you walk about 10 minutes down. The city is culturally attractive, have a rich history and 30 % foreigners make Zurich in a true international city.

Special considerations
It is a non smoking house. Please don't use drugs. This house is well suited for children. Dogs can be brought with but there are no clear fences to the neighbours places. There are two bikes awailable, car exchange is possible if needed. There are two private parking places awailable.Don't hesitate to contact us. It is nice to discover Switzerland from Zurich.

About us
- We are a mother (48) and her daughter (13)
- Beate is an occupational therapist, working both independantly and at the university of Applied Sciences in Zurich as lecturer, Maika is most of the time happy as a school girl
- We enjoy discovering other cities and adapt to the way of living there.
Personal Message
We both love our home but also love to discover ourselves living in other places. We prefer for this year bigger cities and are dependant on Swiss school holiday schedule.
