About our Home
Family home with children's park off back lane. Close to all amenities, bus at door and with a million dollar view from our deck off the kitchen. Hour and a half to Whistler, twenty to Cypress Mountain and minutes to Grouse Mountain. The freeway east and west is minutes from our home.

Special considerations
Our cat loves company but spends a lot of time with foster family next door. Non-smokers only please. Also if sharing house for non-simultaneous exchanges fragrance-free is appreciated.

- Well travelled, retired mariner/executive and semi-retired ESL teacher
- Love to travel, getting to know neighbourhoods well
- Walking, hiking, biking and generally taking advantage of all the community activities around is our style.
Personal Message
We have a friendly cat who likes to come and go but spends a lot of time with its foster family south of us. Our garden is low maintenance but it does appreciate watering now and then in dry months. We can negotiate bike and car exchange as well.
We have had two home non-simultaneous exchanges, plus one rental. As we have a suite in our partially above ground basement we can accomodate people almost all year.
