We have both done home exchanges in former dwellings. We bought and renovated this house a year ago and are looking forward to exchange it. We like the idea of home exchange: cheap vacation and a good way of knowing about other people and other places. We will of cause maintain your home in perfect condition, and expect you to handle our house in the samme manner. :-)
