Wood burner in Lounge, Sky T.V. Large deck with stunning views of lake and mountains. Close to Remarkables Park shopping centre with nice shops and cafes. Catch the Water Taxi to Queenstown Wharf (5 minutes) or enjoy the drive around the lake (15 minutes) to visit the Queenstown town centre, Saturday Market, Skyline Gondola or take a trip on the Earnslaw Lake Steamer. Queenstown is the Adventure Capital of the world with great sightseeing, wineries and skiing in the winter. International Airport 5 minutes drive from house.

About us
- We are a couple who have been retired for 5 years. We have a 23 yr old daughter, Lisa.
- We owned our own business (contracting and retail). Stewart was owner and Managing Director. Lynne worked part-time in the business.
- We travelled extensively before retiring and settling in Nelson. Stewart enjoys sport and fishing. Lynne enjoys gardening, cooking and volunteering with Special Olympics.
