About Our Home
Our beautiful home is centrally located in San Francisco on a highly coveted and quiet block. It was totally remodeled in 2004 and features a large living room with fireplace, a formal dining room, modern kitchen with range & grill, double oven, dishwasher for cozy in-home cooking.
We have a jet-tub in the master bed suite and a deck overlooking the garden. Two additional bedrooms are available, but one is currently configured as home office. From the upper level of the home you have amazing views over the ocean and partially into the forest.
Also available are a third bathroom and a wet bar for a relaxed time.
The garage is unusually large for San Francisco and accommodates 2 cars.
Special Considerations
We have two small parrots that need clean water and food daily. This takes just 3 minutes per day.
No smoking in our around the house please. We live in a quiet neighborhood and we ask that you respect this.

About Us
- Hello, we are Emilia and Craig. We have 1 daughter Tiffany who is 11 years old.
- Emilia is a physical therapist and Craig is a successful serial entrepreneur who started and sold two Internet startups in Silicon Valley
- We like to explore the world and spend some time together as a family before Craig starts on his next venture.
Personal Message
This is our first attempt at home-exchange. Both of us are fluent in Spanish and we prefer to go to South America for an extended period of time -- say 2 months or more. If at all possible, we want to exchange a nice, clean, and modern space in the center of a large city (Rio, Sao Paolo, Buenos Aires, etc) or along the beach/coast. We are eagerly awaiting your proposals!
