Loft with balcony in Berlin

Building/Loft 3 1 1
About Our Home
This is a very unique place. It is the old AEG Telefunken electronics factory. It played an important role during the second world war (developing radar) and the subsequent cold war when the Americans used these buildings. In the last few years the complex has been converted to hold residential apartments and ours is one of those. The interior is new and very modern. The location of the buildings is wonderful, the surrounding areas are green with many lakes and forests. Very nice for evening strolls. The buildings are next to Zehlendorf U-Bahn subway / train station. We are confident you will enjoy your stay in our place!
Special Considerations
We have a saltwater fish tank. The fish need a little food twice a week. That is really all that is needed. Laundry machines are built in.
Berlin: Zur letzten Instanz Restaurant

  About Us

  1. Hi, we are Diedrick and Lotti. Married since 2000. One son Stefan.
  2. Diedrick is professional studio musician. Lotti has a global jewerly trading business.
  3. We like music, reading, films, and long romantic hikes.

  Personal Message

Diedrick is often gone from the home as he travels to play with and for other music bands. Lotti has a small business that buys jewelry from developing countries and shares in the profit with the people that make the jewerly. Stefan is our sweetheart. He is very smart and creative - he creates and writes his own stories in the form of music!
