About Our Home
Our home is located in an upscale neighborhood, close to everything, and really good for tourists (RETIRO-PLAZA SAN MARTIN)
The apartment is very well kept and full of light. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a guest room/dressing room with a double size sofa bed. The kitchen and bathrooms were renewed recently. We have two balconies.
Special Considerations
Please no smoking in our apartment. There are a few plants to be watered.

About Us
- We are a couple in our 60's, We love to travel and love to ski. We have two grown up children, both independent.
- Alex is an electronics engineer and University professor, He is retiring in 2012.
- Susana is an art teacher and painter.
Personal Message
We have already made several home exchanges, and we think this is a great way to know the world. All our exchanges have been very successful and have had great experiences in every one. As Alex is retiring and we'll have more time for ourselves, we are considering the possibility of exchanging for a longer time, up to six months, or more. But we will consider and answer any proposal. We warn that our flat is not apt for children, the balconies could be dangerous.
