apartment in the heart of amsterdam

Apartment 2 1 1
About Our Home
My apartment is very cosy and well looked after. It is situated on the 4th floor (there is an elevator) of a beautifull authentic building, build in 1919. It is very sunny and bright, and i'm sure you will feel at home. It has the perfect location, right in the hart of the old centre, 1 minutes walking to the 9 streets (jordaan), and 1 minutes walking to Leidseplein. It is in my opinion the ideal location, with nice cafe's and restaurants just around the corner! The apartment consist of a livingroom (20m2), 1 bedroom (9m2), a good sized bathroom with shower+toilet, and a separate kitchen. The bedroom consist of a big double bed (160cm). The kitchen had all the amenities you need, as I love to cook myself. there is also an oven/microwave and a new washingmachine. The livingroom is very sunny, with a couch/ table/ internetconnection/ tv/ cable/ dvd-player. There is also a big communial patio/garden wich you can use if you want to sit/eat outside. There are 2 bikes available fo your use, this is the best way to explore the city! Also there are several trams/buses stopping in front, that will take you anywhere if you prefer.
Special Considerations
As i'm not a smoker myself, I prefer non smoking in the apartment. If my smoking family/friend come over, they usually smoke in the hallway.
Paradiso: Most famous concerthall ocated in an old church (2 minutes by bike!)

I don't have experience in exchanging my own apartment, but when i still lived with my parents we exchanged houses a couple of times. We swapped with a family in Barcelona around ten years ago, and that was a memorable holdiday for us all. It really made me feel like I was not just a visitor, but more like we 'lived' there for a while. Since then we also exchanged houses in NYC, Paris and Orlando, and it has all been wonderfull! I've learned that 'handing' over your house is not an easy thing a...
