About Our Home
Our home is located near many facilities-cheaps supermarket, gardens, children parks, swimming pool, tennis and paddle court, basket, parking, 5' to hospital- in a South Madrid comfortable and quiet neighborhood.
Parla is 15' away from Madrid by car, more if you go by public transport. Publis transport: you have the local tram, then you catch the train and if you want the Metro(subway)
We have plenty of ways to make you easy your stay and are prepare for visitor to make tourism, we have the webs you help you.
The house is provided with a completed kitchen-oven, kitchen utensils,micro-wave...-. One completed bathroom, and two bedrooms: a little one with one bed and the master room with two beds(one is taken out from the other and has legs) spacious, large desk. We have no elevator as we live in the ground floor.
Is a familiar house of two daughters, the mother and the uncle, very welcoming and friendly.
For any doubt you just have to ask
PD: we have a large library of spanish books to lend or wathever.
For pool,tennis and paddle court (3,5€) and gym with pool(6€a day) you have to pay
Special Considerations
Uncle Jorge smoke outside the house, you can join with him because he goes very alone. To take any pet, better to ask. The parking is in front of the house, is public and usually have a place.
