About Our Home
I live with a roomate in a two floor, two bedroom, 1.5 bath duplex. It's a great location if you want to walk to the beach and have stores, major freeways all within 3 minute drive! There is a bike path that leads to the promenade, Ventura pier, and Ventura fairgrounds. In the other direction is the Ventura Harbor with comedy club, romantic wine bar, game arcade and many restaurants/shops! There are places to rent bicycles, kayaks, scuba/snorkel gear. Also, fishing charters and tours.
There is a large deck and small covered back yard with a bbq grill. Great for cookouts and socializing. I'm only putting my room up for exchange as well as the common areas.
Special Considerations
My housemate may be around so he may be able to help with directions and suggestions of places to visit. We have no plants or pets to care for!
