About Our Home
Modern bright and airy medium sized studio for one person. On the 13th Floor with large windows, my studio overlooks beautiful views of London's West End, extending from Primrose hill, and out towards Surreys North Downs on a clear day (also possible to see Docklands to the East and parts of west London.)
My studio is beautifully furnished with carpets, washing machine, colour TV, Broadband, bath and shower and a good sized kitchen.
The kitchen is nice and modern and is accessible through the main living room. The main living room contains a sofa which is specifically designed to be used as a bed, so the bedroom becomes a living room during the daytime.
Special Considerations
No smoking. Three plants to be watered each week. Care to be taken when eating to avoid spills on carpet etc.
Computer will not be provided, but modem/broadband hub is available with inclusive broadband service. Landline telephone will accept incoming calls only (no outgoing can be made). These will be provided for free if the exchange home has similar facilities, otherwise there will be a small charge for this.
Electricity must be paid for via an electric meter, which can be topped up by a special key.
No pets to be kept.
