Lovely Location Family Mobile Home

About Our Home
Our mobile home is situated in a small village called Saltfleet on the Lincolnshire Coast, within close proximity to the family seaside resorts of Mablethorpe, Skegness and Cleethorpes, and within walking distance to Saltfleet Haven Bay and the nature reserve attached to the recently awarded Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village has 2 very English pubs serving lovely homemade food, both are within a very short walking distance. The holiday park housing our mobile home has generous facilities with an indoor heated pool, a clubhouse with children's evening entertainment, a coffee lounge, and has a licensed bar. A small shop on site provides basics of bread, papers and milk. There is however a general store in the village, and within a short driving distance you will find our local Supermarkets. The site provides a fishing lake should anyone like angling, and within a short drive the lovely market town of Louth has a twice weekly market selling fresh local produce, quirky shops, and a wealth of shops selling local Lincolnshire produce. For the kids, there is a Fantasy Island Pleasure resort located at Ingoldmells about a 40 mins drive along the coast. The beach area in Mablethorpe has been awarded blue flag status, as have several of the beaches along this coastline. Our Mobile Home is 37ft long by 12ft wide, has 2 bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double (en suite) and 2 bed convertible area in the lounge. We have a separate dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, with full oven and hob, microwave, and fridge. We provide bed linen and there is ample heating, plus a gas fire in the lounge. We utilise the home very frequently as we love the clean air of the Lincolnshire coast living in an industrial northern city as we do, and regard the mobile as our little bolt hole by the sea, and are convinced everyone else would feel the same.
Special Considerations
We do not allow smoking inside our mobile home although you are welcome to smoke at our picnic table or on our seating area outside. Pets are very welcome as this is a very pet friendly site. Parking is on the hard standing area to the rear of the home, please do not park on the grassy areas. We do not allow single sex parties unfortunately, couples and families only.

We have exchanged our mobile home once before and to other owners in the UK, However, we would now like to try to extend this into Europe and particularly in France. We are a very organised family and would welcome the opportunity of having other families from outside the UK experience our home in Lincolnshire as we love it very much and believe that anyone who visits will too.
