About Our Home
I live near the Vondelpark, close to the centre in one of the nicest parts of Amsterdam. It is quiet and safe at all times of the day; even though there are a lot of friendly local bars and a rich choice of restaurants around.
The house was built in the nineteenth century but recently totally renovated. Furniture is simple, but spacious and light. I have a small balcony at the front and another at the back of the apartment. There is an open kitchen.
Our place is easy to reach by public transportation so great for excursions around town. What more? Any visitor to Amsterdam I would recommend renting a bike and take up the atmosphere of the city. And don't forget to make a boat trip! Seeing Amsterdam from the water is just awesome!
