About Our Home
The apartment is located in Fuenlabrada, the suburbs near Madrid (25 minutes by car or train to the Center). The building is 5 years old and the metro station is less than a minute walking. It has a big living room with tv, 2 couchs, dining table... and one of the couches turns into bed. Two complete bathrooms, a kitchen including a big fridge, vitroceramic, washing machine, oven and microwave oven, a single bedroom and a couple bedroom in suite. We have A/C and heater. The block also has a huge swimming pool free to use sharing with the neighbours. I own two parking spots ready to use. Finally I can lend my car, a Citroën C4, a comfortable 5 doors vehicle.
I can help you with your visit if you want to, as I was born and raised in Madrid and I know the city pretty well.
Special Considerations
In general, I wouldn´t take big pets (dogs and cats). Currently I´m living alone, so there is a chance a single person or a couple could come even when I´m at home as long as there is one free room and two bathrooms.

I´m joining this community because I´ll travel to New York in august, though I´ve always wanted to try this house exchange experience, specially lately when I must save money. I´m responsible, clean and I´ll take care of your property even better than mine.
