2 story country home located in an equestrian community. House is a 20 minute drive to famous beaches like Siesta Key, one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Also located near nice shopping in downtown Sarasota or local hot spots such as St Armonds Circle. Relax in the peace and quiet of a 5 acre property, and explore the beaches of Florida at the same time.

No smoking inside, although on the large screen enclosed patio is fine.
