About Our Home
our house is a beautiful spacious victorian semi in a quiet residential area close to a beautiful sandy beach there are lots of country walks and lots to see and do all over the island all amenities are close by including shops, pubs, restaurants, buses, train station etc. lots going on on the island including golf, fishing, horse riding, boat trips and much much more, plenty to keep adults and children occupied all day every day.

there is a no smoking policy in the house and we would prefer no pets

About Us
- We are a middle age couple with grown up children
- Jim is a plumber and I work with blind and partially sighted people
- we love Spain and have holidayed there twice before

We have not done a home exchange before so we are' first - timers'. We are very responsible and your home will be very well looked after as I'm sure ours will! We are really looking forward to this new experience and we hope it will be the first of many home exchanges for us in the future
