House with pool, rural, Bulgaria

About Our Home

Our large home was renovated 6 years ago. The house stands on nearly 3000 square metres of land , Gardener provided every Monday to cut grass. Upstairs has an outside balcony, over looking mountains in the distance, large living room, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with bidet and bath. Half way down the stairs we have a back door to another balcony,sitting area "meshed" for fly protection, stairs that lead to a pool and outbuildings/workshops area, all the land is flowers and grass areas. Downstairs in the house is a large kitchen with dishwasher, 8 ring cooker, fridges/freezers and a central isle work surface. a smaller double bedroom, smaller and second living room and a reception/dining room, the second bathroom here is a wet room. Internet provided but not telephone. Use of the car which is also included is a 5 seater terrano, additional driver insurance would have to be paid for.by user, but can be arranged in advance. We would ask that our 3 dogs (2 rescue dogs) and guard dog be fed and watered daily plus we have 5 outside cats. We have sheep pass the front door and locals are very friendly towards the brits, beer is 50 a bottle in the local bar, cigarettes are 2.50 a pkt and the nearest town is yambol 25 mins away where you can get a big shop but the local bar and small shop sells fresh bread daily and many other items.

Special Considerations

We ask if you do smoke please respect that we dont and smoke outside. Feed and water dogs cats and chickens. follow rules for keeping pool clean and look after our car as we are retired and may not be able to afford another car. Cleaners can be arranged after you have left and a local charge of 20 pounds is for this. we would ask for a small deposit to cover damages which is returnable and collection from the airport can be arrange.
