About Our Home
4-storey, 4-bedroom 19th Century townhouse with garden in quiet, friendly cul-de-sac. 15 minutes walk from Birmingham City Centre. Very child friendly; we have two young children and lots of toys.
We enjoy cooking so we have a large working, fully equipped, kitchen with an eating area and access to our child friendly garden.
Downstairs we have a large dining room (dining table seats 8 comfortably), we also have a comfortable lounge area (with a TV, DVD player and stereo with lots of DVDs and CDs) loads of children's books and toys and a downstairs toilet. Over the two upstairs floors there are 4 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a family bathroom with separate shower and bath. There is also access to a cellar for storage.
The garden is made up of a decked area with a table, seating 10, bench and barbecue. There's also a lawn and many garden toys.
