Light, Airy Home in Downtown SLO

House 3 2 1
About Our Home
The house has two bedrooms and comfortably fits 3 people, although more could stay on a couch or with an air mattress. We have linens and towels for use, free WiFi (we can also discuss leaving a laptop here in case you need it), and you can feel free to use the food in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to cook a full meal (pots, pans, etc). Our backyard is very private. It has a gas BBQ, lawn area, a fire pit (we'll leave plenty of wood) and is quiet and peaceful with a lot of green space. Also, we can negotiate a car exchange (we have a 2001 Honda). We have bikes in the garage for use. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet (all of San Luis Obispo is quiet and safe). We are a 5 minute walk from the main downtown streets where there are lots of restaurants, cafes, a weekly amazing farmer's market, and shops. A grocery store is a 10 min walk. Many hiking trails, beaches, wineries, and other outdoor adventures are anywhere from 10-20 minutes away. Big Sur and Santa Barbara are a day trip away. *the photos are a bit out of date. We have a new couch & dining room table. I'll update soon!

  Personal Message

We've done a few exchanges now and absolutely love that we get a local taste and that it's a chance to connect with people from another part of the world. We take care of other people's homes as if it were our own and always clean when we leave.
