About Our Home
Recent construction (2007), the apartment is on first floor and has a huge balcony. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sofa is a bed also. The building has a common swimming pool, indoor football (soccer), paddle tenis court and a children play area.
The apartment is very close to the bus and railroad station. City centre is 10 minutes on bus or 30 minutes walking.
Special Considerations
Strictly non smoking. Must take care of plants. Pets are welcome.
Manual gear shift experienced driver, insurance and appropriated license is needed for driving in Spain and all Europe.

Personal Message
Although we have not done and exchange before, we think we are a responsible and quiet couple. We have a dog and a cat at home but we would handle to our friends during your stay. Age is definitely an issue you should not take care about, we will not. Also, we would consider being all together to be your host during your stay if you do so as well in July. We are English fluent.
