About Our Home

Our apartment is on 10th floor in a condo building right by High Park, one of the most beautiful parks in Toronto. It is 3 minute walk to subway station. It was built in 2006, so it's a fairly new apartment, with up-scale finishes. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Open concept living room-kitchen. Full built-in appliances: Fridge, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. It's quiet with a beautiful view, and quite central. There is a pool table, video room and a gym in the building. Area is one of Toronto's most beautiful and in demand neighbourhoods. There is a convenience store right across the building. There are 2 big grocery stores in 10 minute-walk distance. Zipcar pick-up drop-off next door. Downtown is 15 min. by subway or car. Beautiful bicycle paths in the park, can bike down to the lake in 5 minutes. Fashionable Bloor West Village is 10 minutes walk, with restaurants, bars, organic food stores and fashion stores.

Special Considerations

No smoking, in the apartment or in the balcony. Shoes need to be removed as it's hardwood floors.
