About Our Home
Our 3 bed/2 bath/2 car garage home has recently experienced major renovations to all rooms creating a comfortable, attractive, and safe environment from which to enjoy Central Florida. Located in a quiet bedroom community less than 25 minutes from downtown Orlando, our home is easily accessed from Central Florida's main highway (I-4) which leads directly to all Disney, Sea World, and Universal attractions within 30 minutes. 20 minutes in the opposite direction will find you on the shores of Florida's famous "Daytona Beach." Our home is equipped with Cable t.v., Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer. Each of the (3) bedrooms is furnished with queen size beds and ample storage. Our linen closet is complete with supple cotton towels and luxurious bedding. In addition, there is a large landscaped & fenced back yard for those traveling with pets.

There are no specific rules other than being courteous within our home and respectful to our neighbors.
