About Our Home
Built in 1882 this Victorian home is in the heart of a diverse and trendy neighborhood called Parkdale.
A 3 story home with 2 bedrooms (both have double beds) and a bathroom on the 2nd floor and a master bedroom (queen bed) with ensuite on the third. Lovely garden.
2 minutes to both the Queen and King St streetcars and about a 20 minute ride to downtown. I have a couple of bikes but the cycling infrastructure in Toronto isn't great.

Personal Message
Have been polishing this place for more than 30 years. There's not an inch of it I haven't gone over, lol! Most recent reno was in 2015. Ground floor was totally revamped.
