About Our Home
Spacious family home within easy access of the city and the wonderful Scottish countryside. A quiet and elegant suburb much sought after. Fabulous local transport facilities to all of Scotland and the start of the West Highland Way on our doorstep. Super local village shops with excellent local produce and little elegant boutiques. Lovely local cafes and a variety of little restaurants all within easy walking distance. Very friendly locals, peaceful and safe environment. Lovely local loch. Golf, walking and other sports facilities all near at hand. The house and garden is simple and quiet. The kitchen and dining areas are spacious. There are two simple upstairs bedrooms with double beds and The downstairs double bedroom is en suite. There are two TV/reading rooms, thee televisions and computor access. There are three bathrooms in total, all have showers and there are two baths. There is spacious off street parking. There is a large patio at the rear of the house leading out to the garden for. Simply sitting and relaxing or having a barbecue.
There are excellent local buses, trains and subway which will take you straight into Glasgow and in fact anywhere that you want to get to in Scotland. Local Byres road is a brilliant and beautiful easy to reach area of the West end of Glasgow. It is about twenty minutes from the house. Bustling streets and alleys it boasts the famous Ubiquitous chip restaurant. Fabulous cafes, restaurants and shops. A fabulous church conversion into the spectacular Oran Mor with its bar, restaurant and dancing areas and amazing Alistair Gray murals. A combination of glamour and robust authenticity it also hosts the regular Play pie and a pint that happens every weekday. Dozens of dramatic and colourful creatives gather here. At short distance are the Botanical gardens, fabulous for a stroll in the tropics and an ice cream as well as a visit to an ancient herb garden. Only a little way away is Kelvin art gallery and museum. Huge, graceful and compelling it houses art and museum treasures both local and international and gives you a sweet cafeteria into the bargain. Not far away are the world famous streets of Sauchiehall and Buchanan and the theatre land of Glasgow as well as Glasgow concert hall, lively and ever busy through day and night.

About Us
- Hello, we are a couple with a daughter. Cameron is a teacher and I, Katharina am a GP.
- Cameron is Scottish and I am English. We both work locally. Both of us enjoy travel, reading, writing and art.
- We love to travel and experience different different cultures, love good dining, theatre, walking, the sea and mountains. Cameron is an excellent mountaineer.

For those re-visiting or coming to Scotland for the first time we think that this would be a be a great place for you. Our house is quiet, spacious and comfortable in a friendly and attractive, convenient area. The city with all of its attractions is near to hand being just down the road in one direction and the Scottish countryside in all its glory is just down the road in the other direction. There are lovely local shops, cafes and restaurants and sports facilities including golf and swimming....
