About Our Home
My apartment is a charming, small 45m2 one-bedroom apartment for 2 (up to 4 if you don't mind the 3rd and 4th person to sleep in a sofa bed in the living room) in a quiet part of Lisbon’s trendy Bairro Alto neighbourhood, known for its nightlife and Fado houses.
Set on the second floor of a traditional building without a lift, this wooden-floored apartment offers modern furnishings and Wi-Fi throughout. It has a double bedroom, a spacious living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, washing machine and kettle.
Just a stone’s throw from the Cute Bairro Alto Apartment lies the São Pedro de Alcântara Belvedere, offering breathtaking views over Lisbon, and the iconic Elevador da Gloria. Chiado and Baixa are 5 and 10 minutes’ walk away respectively.
Students and artists of all types get together in this area to let their hair down at night. The Bairro Alto is the epicentre of the city’s alternative scene.
But it’s not all about nightlife. The day is the perfect time to check out the views from the Mirador de São Pedro de Alcântara or have a glass of port at the Solar do Vinho.
Or head to the Príncipe Real where you’ll found gay-friendly bars, galleries and a park with exotic plants
Pretty apartment in a quiet yet fashionable Lisbon location!
Special Considerations
Just use it with the care as you were using your own apartment :) No smoking allowed.
Bairro Alto is in the inner city center, and it is a neighborhood where traffic is conditioned (only to residents).

Personal Message
I live in Lisbon with my partner, and we have this apartment that we rent for short term stays. Nevertheless, we would be glad to use it for home exchanges, that allow us to visit nice places in exchange for a location in a nice apartment in Lisbon heart. No obligation to be simultaneous, since the apartment is not my primary residence
