About Our Home
This spectacular complex is located between the Indian river and the Atlantic Ocean where you have a private access to a wonderful beach.
The building offers : heated pool, spa, his and hers saunas and gyms.
In the condo unit, you will find a master bedroom suite with a king size bed, walk-in closet and complete shower room. You also have a complete bathroom adjacent to the guest room with two single beds.
The surroundings are AMAZING! It is nature at his best. But if you want more than paradise and tranquility, you have to make a quick drive to Vero Beach or Fort Pierce for shops, malls, restaurants, outlets, theather, and much more.
THIS IS OUR SECONDARY RESIDENCE ; WE ARE OPEN FOR NON-SIMULTANUOUS EXCHANGE. LOOKING FOR TORONTO, VILLE DE QUÉBEC, NEW-YORK CITY, ST-AUGUSTINE, OR OTHER US OR CANADIAN CITIES BETWEEN JULY 2013 AND MARCH 2014.
We also own a beautiful and modern home in St-Bruno-de-Montarville (Montréal, Qué) and are willing to make arrangements with this residence also. The last two pictures are from this house.

About Us
- We are a family of four.
- Rob is an avionic technician and Julie is a teacher. Juliana is 9 and Anthony is 11.
- The kids and their mother will be free to travel (home school) from July 2013 to March 2014. Really flexible with dates of exchange!
Personal Message
We would like to go to Toronto, to Québec city, to les Îles de la Madeleine and to a multitude of nice places located between Montréal and Miami as we will travel from one location to the other frequently between July 2013 and March 2014.
