About Our Home
House in a piece of land with fruit trees, own water, the house is old and was
completely renovated in 2006. Llaminate and wood floors, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet, kitchen with all appliances, living room, terrace, great views of Mount Teide, Drago and the sea. Solar panel, alarm, security cameras. Less than five minutes drive from San Marcos beach and less than 5 minutes walking from the shopping area of Mangalona, Icod.

About Us
- We are a couple in our 40 with two little kids (6 and 0 y.o.)
- We both are teachers
- We love travelling, visiting cities and discovering new cltures.
Personal Message
This is the fist time we are going to exchange our house, so it´s going to be a new experience, the only thing why we are a little bit worried is because the care of our house, we are very careful because we spent a lot of money and time refurbising it.
