About Our Home
Our home was built in 1890 and has been remodeled and updated with granite countertops, antique stove/oven, and a large, cozy living room with a gas fireplace. Our bookcases hold about 200 books and our closets have over 100 board games. Children can enjoy exploring on the lower level with legos, robotics, and lots of other science lab and play activites in the school room. Our home sits on 2 acres with a beautiful back yard full of trees and trails. We live near famous Frankenmuth, MI which is a German town with the largest Christmas store in the world. There is also a Planetarium, History Museum, Hand's-on Children's Museum, Amphitheater, Walking Trails, Parks and Premium Outlet Mall with over 145 stores. Many people fish, boat and camp at the near by lakes.
Special Considerations
No smoking. We have an indoor/outdoor cat that needs to be fed and watered every couple days.

Personal Message
We have never did a home exchange before, but thought it would be lots of fun and an inexpensive way to see new places. We are very trusting with anything we have in the house. Explore, play laser tag, build robots, dissect anatomy structures, play with puppets, and dress up in costumes. (We have so many bins with fun things to do and play!) We do not have a TV, but we have 2 laptops, wifi, netflix, and big screen projector for console games or movies. Read more about us and see my website at...
