Awesome appt in front Eiffel Tower

Hello!! We are a spanish couple in ours thirties who wants to swap our lovely apartment just in front of the Eiffel Tower, with a clear view to the whole tower. You will be in the Buenos Ayres Street, just in front of the Champ de Mars park and the Eiffel Tower is 100 meters from you, the Hotel des Invalides golden dome and Trocadero are very close too.. From the window, from the left to the righ, you will see Trocadero, the Sena river with its ships, the Eiffel Tower with the Sacre Coeur under her, the Invalides' cupola, the Pantheon's cupola, the Ecole Militaire and finally the Montparnasse Tower. It's a really amaizing and incredible 180º wiew from the balcony!! Is a 7th and last floor (without lift), you will see the Parisian zinc rooftops.. The apartment has a warm atmosphere, it has a kitchen, where you will cook seeing the tower, with a oven, microwaves, etc., a bedroom with a double size bed and a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. The apartment has electric heating. We'll provide our wireless Internet access. The balcony also is equipped with rolling shutters when you want absolute privacy. You will be in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. Everything in this area seems on a monumental scale, from the sprawling 18th century buildings of the Ecole Militaire, the Hotel des Invalides, the Seine River and the Champ-de-Mars Park... You can visit the charming street market on Rue Cler, just 15 minutes walking. The avenues around the Tower are lined with luxurious buildings, some in the Art Nouveau style, and numerous embassies. For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Bir-Hakeim, on the 6 line, just 5 minutes walking from your building entrance, so don't hesitate to use it as Parisians would!
