Nice apartment close to downtown

About Our Home

Our apartment has recently been renovated, it has a nice modern kitchen and bathroom. It has 2 bedrooms and one guest room in the basement. The basement has also a full bathroom and kitchenette. What is great about our apartment besides that is very luminous during daytime, is that is very close to downtown Montreal and thus close to all the cultural activities offered year long. A 3 minute walk will take you to the closest metro station, grocery stores, restaurants and main bus lines. We have a nice backyard where you can enjoy sun and if you desire to do gardening as we do, you can enjoy fresh tomatoes and peppers the summer!

No smoking in the apartment please and we will appreciate if you water our plants.
