2-room-appartment with balcony

About Our Home

Our home is a sunny upstairs appartment with a nice balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, we also use as living room, and two furnished bedrooms. There is also a bathtub to relax ;) It is very good lacated, quiet (windows to south,into the backyard), with a great transport binding.You can get by tube or bus in about 20min to the centre of Berlin. We are two persons living here, but there is enough space for four (two per room) - maybe a family with two kids? :)

Special Considerations

There are no special rules, except no pets and no smoking!
