About Our Home
Mini Loft Montmartre is my 27 sqm apartment newly renovated & located 4th floor in a building Montmartrois nineteenth century.
Extremely well placed in the street Muller - very popular films shooting - it is surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, bars, a few conceptual shops and two small art galleries.
It overlooks a typical square, decorated terraces of restaurants, cafes, adjoining the park of the Sacré Coeur.
Set between the Abbesses & Lamarck Caulaincourt district, one will delight shoppers while the other will content wine tasters.
The metro Anvers line 2 and Abbesses line 12 are very closed by and they will take you easily throughout Paris.
Mini Loft is ideal for a couple or a small family with two children.
The master bedroom is on the mezzanine in a cocoon glass and the sofa in the living room can be transformed in the evening onto a comfortable bed 2 places.
The lounge is equipped with TV integrated DVD and small office corner.
Discrete closets will contain all of your clothes, bags and shoes.
The bathroom, with shower, is provided with many shelves to display your products. It is spacious and equipped with a washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new equipments (toaster, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, microwave oven, induction hob, extractor) with all the dishes and ustensils and has a swivel worktop.
There is wi-fi connection, a radio ipod dock, board games, books on Paris (monuments, unusual places ...) and DVD movies cults.
My place will ensure you a typical Parisian experience.

We love the concept to swap our home, even though we never done it before. We are both naturally tidy and very respectful. I'm from New Caledonia where nature is abundant and I love plants and animals, as Fred is from Paris and he prefers animals. If you provide us with the mission to take care of your garden, plants and animals we would be happy to do so. In all case we will put the best attention to your place the same as in our own.
