Artist's loft in industrial building. 750 sq ft. in the heart of Greenwich village, here in New York City.
View of the Hudson river and the Statue of Liberty. Right on the bike path and river. Just a few blocks from the Highline, three playgrounds, Meatpacking (fashion) district, many (very many) restaurants and shops.
Walking distance from public transportation. Sunny, funky apartment. One bedroom with queen bed and a sleeping loft with a full bed.
Dishwasher. Laundry in basement. Elevator building.

About Us
- we are a couple in our 50's with a 13 year old daughter
- Ted works in disaster recovery and I am an artist
- we enjoy travel, music, skiing, interesting places and learning about local culture
Personal Message
We had our first exchange last fall and are looking forward to experiencing other cultures now that our daughter is old enough to appreciate seeing the world beyond Disney. We are easygoing and responsible. No drama and common sense are our mantras. We want to exchange to cut costs, of course, but also to share our home and city with fellow travelers.
