Nice 1 room apartment (588sq ft) on Park road (mid-level) with a full kitchen w/gas stove, fridge, microwave which makes home cooking a breeze. The room has a double bed (2ppl) and a folding bed (1ppl). There's now an auto escalator uphill from Sheung Wan as well. Free swimming pool opens from Jun-Sep, gym and a children playground are also available on 2nd floor. Subway station (we call it MTR) just across the road will be ready by Apr 2014.
