Bright, comfortable 3-bedroom apartment with water view and view to the Tiergarten park in the city center. We have two conservatories, musical instruments and a social (cuddle) cat named Moses. Not far from the Neue Nationalgalerie and the Philharmonie, directly across from the Tiergarten park the apartment is located in heart of the city, close to the City West, the cafés on Nollendorfplatz are within walking distance in 5 minutes. The comfortable apartment is on the last floor, you have a marvelous view over the city. Within 10 minutes walk you are on the Potsdamer Platz or in the city west, within 2 minutes in the biggest green zone of the town with lakes and rowboat.

Special Considerations

Our cat Moses would need some food and philosophical talks. And our plants need some water.
