About Our Home
Lovely 1 BR Apartment, approx 55-60 meters. Located in the heart of Tel-Aviv off a small and quiet street around the corner from Dizingoff. Very conveniently located, just 7 minute walk to the beach. With in 50-100 meters you will find many restaurants, bars, 24/7 supermarkets, multiple transportation, Bike Rentals, Dizingoff Center and more....
The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a walk up (2.5 flights up), fully furnished including: 20MB Wifi, 42" 3D LED, 2 A/C units (a must in the summer), fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle...). There is also a washing machine.
Living room with 3 + 2 couches, massage chair, dining table + 4 chairs, coffee table. 1 Full Bath. Bedroom has a double bed (queen I believe). There is also
a semi opened balcony.
Apartment will be professionally cleaned upon arrival and we will cover cleaning costs after departure we just ask that you leave it in decent shape and let us know if anything broke.
We are a young couple in our 20's (late and early) looking to travel the world a bit.
I plan to add photos soon but can be arranged immediately if needed upon request
Special Considerations
We prefer that if you smoke it be on the balcony and of course respect the neighbors, we are the only very young couple in the building.
There are some pretty cheap parking lots around, but unfortunately we do not have our own.

We are a young couple trying to travel more, we just discovered this option of house swapping and if it is successful we will be able to see so much more of the world without the need to pay $200 a night for a hotel. We are planning a trip to Germany and Holland in the summer for a couple of concerts in the area so this will be our trial..
