About Our Home
This beautiful home villa with view of pacific ocean and stunning sunset is located one mile from the beach in city of Dana Point (Monarch Beach), CA. It is across from 2 world class resort hotels Ritz Carlton and St. Regis. The house has 3 BRM, 2 1/2 bath, two story(200 square meter) with small yard on hill with view of ocean, hills, and city light. Nice kitchen and living room, master with king bed and other rooms with queen bed, all furnished. It is in a 24 hours gated resort community. It is one mile from Laguna Beach and 6 miles to heart of Laguna Beach art center, shops, restaurant and ......The home is not suitable for pets and children, and smoking. Dana Point is located mid-way between Los Angels and San Diego, one hour to LA and one hour to San Diego. It is a resort style beach town. A lot of nice restaurants, shops, etc.
