About Our Home
Our home is currently being renovated; polished cement floors, plantation shutters and sensational all white kitchen, with butlers pantry, everything brand new. Bedrooms are double with new linen and robes, a cot and high chair for a small child is also available. There is a very large lounge dining area with gas log fire, with access to outside through three French doors. Bathrooms all brand new and state of art. Our garden is private, lush and faces North and West, sun all day. BBQ area at front facing North with large gas BBQ, at back is under pergola facing West adjacent to golf putting green and large practice net. Many photos to come upon completion.
The house is close to the local village that has a cinema, bars, restaurants and many boutiques. We are on a peninsular surrounded by beaches all within walking distance and ferry to opposite Bellarine Peninsular.
Many golf courses and wineries are within 10 minutes drive. We chose to live here as it is a dream.
Special Considerations
No smoking within house, plants would love to be watered, there is a watering system. Full directions will be supplied and a caretaker contact.

Personal Message
We have never done home exchange before. Married for many years with four beautiful daughters and lucky, four great son in laws with 5 grandchildren, consequently we love our life. We have a daughter and son in law living permanently in London, and wish to visit them. We are very open to any time and as our house won't be finished till April, will give you plenty of time to consider us. We have no pets nor children living with us.
