About Our Home
This is a very nice and safe neighborhood, where the small private buildings are located. Just 3 metro stops from the heart of St. Petersburg - the Nevsky prospect.
Our apt is unique because it has a private entrance, unlike typical apts in big cities. Parking spot available.
One of our bedrooms is the basement (with windows, nice and cozy) and features a nice TV with Microsoft XBOX to have fun with =)
Washer and dryer are available too.
We do have a cat living with us, and we will be moving her to friends for the exchange, and of course we will clean and vacuum prior to departure, but please make note of this fact if you are acutely allergic to cats as some small particles may stay in apartment.
All water is filtered
Drinking water is triple-filtered.
Apartment use manual will be provided in English for you =)
Special Considerations
NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE PLEASE, it only takes 4 steps to walk outside and smoke there on the yellow bench =)
