Cosy Apartment in beautiful Berlin

About Our Home

My flat is newly equipped since I moved here one year ago. It is decorated in a caring way, has a huge couch and a two-person bed. There is a small bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a big fridge, a living room and the bedroom. On top of that I have a small balcony and a little garden where you can hang out and have a small barbecue. The apartment is located in Charlottenburg, about 5 minutes to the train going every 3 minutes in the direction of Berlin's center which takes about 15-20 minutes to go there. Also, the metro is only a 2 minutes footway away from the location. A lot of shopping opportunities, restaurants and bars are around the corner, as well as some important sights as the Charlottenburg castle.

Special Considerations

I only invite non-smoking guests in my flat as well as people without animals as I am unfortunately allergic against them.
