About Our Home
Brand new appartment, walking distance (or 2 tram stops) to Amsterdam city center. Former Docklands area - trendy hip neighbourhood, residential area.
120m2 appartment, 5th floor, elevator, free use of the shared inhouse gym and spa + our 2 bicycles.
2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 spacious bathroom, kitchen island. fridge, vriezer, microwave & traditional oven, induction cooking, washer & dryer. flatscreen tv and dvd player, multiple (movie/news) channels available.
Several restaurands and supermarkets at approx 100 m, at the cays!
There is a shared roof terrace on the 6th floor with a great view!
Public transport (tram) just across the street.

About Us
- I´m a single mom with an 18 year old son, our appartment is about 120 m2 and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets
- we live in Amsterdam city centre - 2 tram stops to the famous Dam-square
- staying in our place you will have free wifi, access to the indoor spa and gym and of course you can use our 2 bicycles

Friends of us have done several home exchanges and their great experiences have given us the trust to offer our home for an exchange too. We´re living in a modern appartment in a nice and trendy neighbourhood really close to all the great museums, theaters, shops, nightlife.... and easy to reach by train from Schiphol Airport as well.
