Condo in the heart of San Diego

About Our Home

Small but cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. Queen-size bed in bedroom plus sleeper sofa in living room (each sleeps 2 comfortably, but I would recommend 3 or less guests for maximum comfort). Full kitchen with modern appliances, including stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and small appliances such as blender, panini maker, French press, and juicer. I also have a wine refrigerator (PLEASE, PLEASE don't drink my special wines! :) Don't worry, I will leave other good wines for your drinking pleasure.) My apartment is located in the heart of central San Diego, literally minutes to anything you wish to see and do: dozens of diverse neighborhoods with plenty of bars and restaurants, playgrounds, beaches, hiking trails, biking trails, world-renowned golf courses, La Jolla, Downtown/San Diego Bay, Balboa Park, Coronado Island, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, desert and mountain landscapes, and on and on... Los Angeles is a 2-hour drive north, for those who wish to explore even further. No matter what your interests may be, you will not be sorry... If you want to relax and take walks, or surf your heart out, there is something for everyone. And with near-perfect weather year-round, San Diego is the envy of everyone in the US. Come and see for yourself why San Diego is called "America's Finest City!" :)

Special Considerations

Pet on premises: I have a small cat that will require daily feeding (and love, if you can spare it) and litter box cleaning. I do have a very nice local lady who will come and care for her, if you prefer not to do so (although I would greatly appreciate saving this expense). We will need to arrange this in advance, and you will need to be ok with someone coming into the apartment at a specific time each day. Please note, if you have a pet allergy, this is probably not a good fit for you. I cannot be held responsible for any medical conditions arising from staying here with an animal. Smokers: I have a small but lovely patio right outside my apartment door, and you are 100% welcome to smoke there. Please do not smoke inside the apartment. Thank you. Neighbors and neighborhood: This is an urban neighborhood, so it can be very quiet at times or also noisy at times. Please be flexible. My neighbors are all very nice and courteous. Our building is private and secure, with locked gates at the front and back entrances. I have lived here for over 6 years, without any issues.
