About Our Home
Our attic loft in Turin is charming, luminous and well equiped: 30sm of quiet in the center of the historical district of the city, a perfect location closed to all major museums, to live a vivacious night-life, to taste the best kitchen. All most important sightseeing are within walking distance. The Space: It's the perfect location for a couple, or for a couple with a child (one double bed and a sofabed that is a big size single bed, 100x180cm), or for three friends, who like to be close to the most important monuments, museums, typical restaurants, wine bars, vivacious but safe night-life. There are two big windows, so there's lots of light and the view is beautiful: you can see the mountains, roofs, bell towers, churches and the Mole Antonelliana (now the Cinema Museum). Bathroom with shower (hair-dryer, shampoo, shower gel, etc.). Kitchen fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine. There's a piano and a stereo with a selection of CD and vinile (classic and jazz). The flat is at the last floor (4rth without lift) of an ancient building (XVIII c.), by the architect Filippo Juvarra. Silence and quiet in the center of the city. Guest Access: Free WIFI Wireless internet connection. You will find in the apartment a selection of fresh products for your breakfast: homemade bread and jam, butter, eggs, bio juice fruits, fresh milk and fruits, yogurt, coffee and tea, honey, cereals and cakes. Fresh laundry bed linens, sheets and towels provided. Interaction with Guests: My home is your home during your stay in Turin. I'll provide you my cell. numbers and email for every info you need. The Neighborhood: Our apartment is right in the Roman Area (called "Quadrilatero Romano"), the historical and genuine heart of the old city. It's close to the major monuments and museums: 2 minutes walk from the Cathedral, the MAO (Oriental Art Museum), Holy Shroud Museum, the vivacious Porta Palazzo market where you can buy every kind of food, the Balon (open-air flea market, on Saturday) and the Gran Balon (open-air antiques market, second Sunday of every month); 5/7 minutes walk from Piazza Castello (Galleria Sabauda, Palazzo Madama, Palazzo Reale, Teatro Regio); 15/20 minutes walk from the Porta Susa station and the Underground, 20/25 minutes walk from Porta Nuova station.
