About Our Home
Our house is located in the center of Sveti Vlas, Near Sunny Beach and Nessebar. Also located near many Historical ancient sites within short traveling distances. Many beaches are located within walking distance and the views are exceptional. Hiking trails are nearby, restaurants abound and overall a great place for fun. The house is 4 floors and plenty of room to spread out. Two Garages for parking off street. Great place to live and visit.

About Us
- We are a couple living in Bulgaria, Gary is an American and Maria is Bulgarian
- Gary is retired and Maria is an English Teacher for a private school
- We enjoy traveling and love different cultures
Personal Message
We are new to this exchange but we want the ability to travel to different places and believe there are many great spots to go and meet new people. Since Maria is a teacher and I'm retired we are available during the summer months, We prefer a longer holiday for a month and our house is available during the summer.
