The apartment is a very spacious, 3,000 Sq. foot classic loft with beams and columns. It is on a quiet cobblestone street in Soho. Easy access to all parts of NYC. The newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms are all magazine-worthy. The living room has a wet bar with a refrigerated keg as well as a swing (big hit with the kids). The kids room has a bunk bed and a single bed, the master suite a King size bed and the guest room a pull out sofa. keyed elevator access to apartment.
