Two bedroom apartment is located near park Poblenou. Sunny an comfortable apartment. Only15-minute walk from the beach. Easy and quick transport access to the city centre, bus, tram or underground. Walking distance to Diagonal Mar (huge shopping centre with cinemas, bars and restaurants). Apartment of 55 m2 and can host up to 3-4 people. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary domestics- microwave, oven, washing machine, plates, pots, frying pans, glasses and everything you might need to enjoy your homestay. Free WIFI. There are 1 double bed, 1 single bed and convertible sofa bed, a dining table, wardrobe, heating to keep you warm in winter, air conditioner (warm/cold) and all the domestic appliances to make your stay comfortable. Is a quiet area with a lot of space and very, very safe, sorrounded by green areas and on walking distance to the sea. It is also very well communicated with metro, buses and street car to the city center (in 8 minutes you'll be in Born), but you won't have to suffer the crowded and noisy streets of the other parts of the city, specially at night. Public transportation connections are: METRO: the nearest metro stop (SELVA DE MAR). Line 4 will take you in 8 minutes you'll be in Jaume I (Born, the Picasso Museum, Santa María del Mar) and in 12 minutes you'll be in Passeig de Gracia, just a few meters away from La Pedrera. BUS: Bus no. 7 goes to the city centre as well, while bus 46 drives you to Poble Sec and Paral.lel. At night, the night bus no. 7 stops near the apartment, so that you don't have to use taxis. On the weekends, the metro works all night in Barcelona! TRAM: Tram can be useful to get to Sant Adrià del Besos and from there take the train to the beach towns to the north of Barcelona, such as beautiful Tossa de Mar and gorgeous Sant Pol de Mar, both former fishermen villages. Or you can take it on the other direction to Glories and there change to the metro going to Plaça Catalunya. AIRPORT: about 50 min with Aerobús + metro If you come by car, in a street ahead of apartment you can PARKING for free.
