Large (86 m2) functional apartment in Paris area (20 min in subway from Paris). The apartment is located in Créteil, in south Paris at 8 minutes from subway station (Créteil University - line 8) and 8 min from Créteil wall mart, 5 minutes from the old town (traditionnal shops : bakerýetc.) and church. There is an "autolib" station at 300 meters from the apartment. Creteil is a very good place to visit Paris with common transport, 30 min to Disneyland and with an access to the main roads (A4, A 86, A 6...) to visit the Loire castĺe's : 40 minutes from Charles De Gaulle aiport and 25 minutes from Orly's airport. The apartment is in a quiet residence with free park and access. The apartment includes : - living room with a table, a sofa, Tv with internet cable, playstation 3 and wii, giving on a balcony with a table with a view on the residence garden ; - a full eqipped kitchen : fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, coffee machine (nespresso), etc. - a patio with access to the rooms, the showroom and the office and everything you need for the cat ; - a bedroom with a king size bed ; - a dressing ; - a child bedroom with everything you need for the baby and child (changing table and toys) ; - an office with a sofa bed and a computer ; - toilets.
